If you cannot attend in person, my online classes allow you to practise yoga from anywhere in the world with the same quality of teaching.

Please note: Online classes are conducted via Zoom. You don’t need to do anything; you will receive an invitation by email. You will need your own basic yoga kit for the online classes. (If you don’t have anything, you can improvise with everyday objects.) A basic kit includes a mat, a belt, and some blocks or bricks.

Why practise yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that trains both body and mind, bringing greater concentration and awareness into our lives. Through regular practice, we gain a deeper perspective of ourselves and the world around us.
Only in a state of calm and relaxation can we truly heal, making it essential to give ourselves the time and space we need to rest deeply.
With regular practice, the mind gradually becomes quieter. We begin to let go of our identification with our thoughts and reconnect with our inner being.
