Frequently asked questions
Your doubts, resolved
Quick answers to the most common questions about classes, retreats and how I can accompany you on your yoga path.
What should I bring to my first yoga class?
You only need comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. I provide all the necessary props (blocks, straps, blankets, chairs) typical of the Iyengar method. If you have your own mat, you may bring it, although I also have them available.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely. The Iyengar method is especially recommended for beginners because its focus on precise alignment and the use of props (blocks, straps, blankets) allows every posture to be adapted to your body and level. My classes are designed to welcome people of all ages and physical conditions, with no previous experience required.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, I recommend booking your place in advance, as the number of participants per class is limited to ensure personalised attention for each student. You can contact me by phone, email or through the contact form to check availability and secure your spot.
What happens if I cannot attend a reserved class?
If you cannot attend a class you have booked, please let me know as far in advance as possible. This way I can offer your place to someone else. In general, if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance, we can find a solution: recover the class at another time or apply it to a future session. Please check the specific conditions when booking.
